Use your own account

Keep sign-in details private, use accurate information, and tell Healing Paws if you believe your account has been misused.

Use the platform for programme work

Do not upload harmful content, access another person’s records, bypass controls, or use information for an unrelated purpose.

Operational decisions remain human

The platform supports booking, compliance, attendance, and progress work. Healing Paws remains responsible for programme and welfare decisions.

Changes and account closure

Approved administrators may correct, suspend, or deactivate accounts for safety or programme reasons. Records are retained or disposed of only under the approved policy.
